Description
Square mild steel plate washers, laser cut and made to order, with an average lead time of 3 to 4 working days. Choose 0.9mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm or 10mm thick, in 40 x 40mm, 50 x 50mm, 75 x 75mm, 100 x 100mm or 150 x 150mm, with clearance holes from M8 to M52. 40 x 40mm takes holes up to M30 and 50 x 50mm up to M36; the three larger sizes take every hole up to M52.
Washers from 0.9mm to 3mm are cut from CR4 cold-rolled steel, and 4mm to 10mm from S275JR structural steel. The square shape gives a bigger bearing surface than a round washer with the same hole, spreading the load around the bolt. Mild steel is bare carbon steel, so paint or coat it for outdoor or damp use.
