Our plate washers are square washers laser cut from mild steel, pre-galvanised steel, and 304 2B and 316 2B stainless steel. Sizes run from 40 x 40mm to 150 x 150mm with clearance holes from M8 to M52. Mild steel is available from 0.9mm up to 10mm thick, with pre-galvanised and both stainless grades from 0.9mm to 5mm. Every plate washer is manufactured to order, cut to the size, hole and thickness your job requires.

The square shape gives a plate washer a larger bearing surface than a round washer with the same hole size, spreading load across a wider area around the bolt or fastening.
