Description
Square pre-galvanised steel plate washers, laser cut and made to order, with an average lead time of 3 to 4 working days. Choose 0.9mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm or 5mm thick, in 40 x 40mm, 50 x 50mm, 75 x 75mm, 100 x 100mm or 150 x 150mm, with clearance holes from M8 to M52. 40 x 40mm takes holes up to M30 and 50 x 50mm up to M36; the three larger sizes take every hole up to M52.
The square shape gives a bigger bearing surface than a round washer with the same hole, spreading the load around the bolt. The zinc coating protects the steel in normal outdoor and damp conditions, at a lower cost than stainless.
