Description
316 stainless steel horseshoe shims with a 2B finish, laser cut and made to order, with an average lead time of 3 to 4 working days. Choose 0.9mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm or 5mm thick, in 50 x 50mm, 75 x 75mm, 100 x 100mm or 150 x 150mm, with a slot for M12, M16 or M20 bolts.
The open slot slides around a bolt or fixing that is already in place, so you can space, level or align a joint without taking it apart. 316 resists salt, chlorides and pitting better than 304, so it is the standard choice for marine, coastal and chemical work.
