Our Capability and Process
We use advanced fibre laser cutting machines that create clean edges, tight tolerances and highly accurate profiles. This allows us to cut simple or complex shapes without any tooling costs. Typical tolerance is around ±0.25 mm, depending on the material and the design. We hold over 1,000 tonnes of material on site in multiple grades, thicknesses and finishes so we can manufacture quickly and consistently.

Materials and Product Range
Shims and Washers
We supply square shims, horseshoe shims and precision washers in mild steel, stainless steel, galvanised steel and aluminium. Thicknesses start from 0.9 mm and go up to heavy duty options.
Plates and Sheets
Our plates and sheets are available in a wide selection of sizes and materials and are ideal for larger format work, fabrications and machined assemblies.
Custom Cutting
