Our metal parts are cut on fibre laser cutting machines. Laser cutting is a process where a high-powered laser is programmed to cut shapes out of your chosen material, in this case metal. The metal melts, burns, vaporises or is blown away by a jet of gas. Laser cutting is a more precise process than other CNC cutting methods, leaving an edge with a high-quality surface finish, often faster and using much less energy than comparable methods.

Our technology means that we can cut complex shapes and small diameter holes without the need for tooling. Precision and edge quality from laser cutting is superior to mechanical cutting methods, and it results in less contamination of the final product.
