Cancellation Rights

As per the UK long distance selling regulations:

  • Consumers: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
  • Business Customers: Unless explicitly agreed upon, business orders do not enjoy the same 14-day cancellation rights as consumers. Any cancellation rights should be agreed upon at the time of the order.

Returning Goods

If you decide to cancel your order:

Return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your decision to cancel the order.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or not as described. Goods must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds

Upon cancellation:

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding the cost of delivery (with the exception of an item being faulty).
  • We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
  • We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.
  • The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or, if earlier, 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

Faulty or Mis-described Goods

If the goods you receive are faulty or not as described:

  • You have a legal right to return them, get them replaced, or get a refund.

Exclusions

  • Goods which deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.
